Signature Surfaces sensory packaging is a line of surface enhancements for flexible packaging materials. These differentiating finishes offer a tactile experience for consumers and provide brand owners with additional ways to stand apart in the retail environment.

The Signature Surfaces product line includes:

• Paper Touch – which provides the feel of paper with the protection of film. Ideal for natural and organic foods, cosmetics and personal care, and pet foods. Paper Touch is available with recyclable film, PCR or renewable content for added sustainability benefits.
• Soft Touch – provides a matte-photo-like texture to all, or part, of a package’s surface. The matte background combined with glossy graphics or a clear window creates an eye-popping display sure to attract consumer attention. For a more sustainable package, registered matte is available with PCR or renewable content.
• Registered Matte – provides a matte- texture to all, or part, of a package’s surface. The matte background combined with glossy graphics or a clear window creates an eye-popping display sure to attract consumer attention. For a more sustainable package, registered matte is available with PCR or renewable content.
• Chromic – “Reveal” thermochromic messaging at any specified temperature! Available with PCR or renewable also for a more sustainability.

Signature Surfaces are available in roll stock for form/fill/seal (FFS) applications or in various premade pouch formats including PRO-POUCH® Stand Up Pouches or QUADFLEX® quad seal pouches.

ProAmpac’s cold seal packaging technology allows high speed filling for heat sensitive products such as nutrition bars and chocolate bars. Our high-speed laminators use gravure cylinders and accurate camera registration to apply cold seal adhesives so you can expect consistent performance on your filling line.

Small order quantities? No problem! Our cold seal lines are designed for smaller orders and high SKU counts.

ProAmpac’s cohesive materials feature a self-adhering coating that bonds to itself and not to the product being packaged. These cohesive materials are available in paper, film, film laminated to foam and paper laminated to foam.

Cohesive wrap is ideal for creating precisely sized mailers for books, catalogs and e-commerce products, plus hundreds of other items intended for home delivery. Available with or without perforations for easy opening and widely used with automated machines to rapidly pack your items.

Cohesive wrap is the perfect solution for interior packaging and storage protecting metal, wood, steel, painted or aluminum surfaces during shipping and can even be used to protect the bark of young trees during shipment.
